Your Challenge
You will be the dedicated support technician to a variety of clients, all in a range of exciting and different industries. You will know the ins and outs of your client/stakeholder and their needs.
You will be responsible for providing IT support and project delivery for a number of clients, located across client sites around the UK, including London, Manchester, the Midlands and Exeter.
As the business and client base continues to grow, you will constantly be working with a range of technologies and stakeholders.
No two days will be the same. One day you'll be helping the service desk with ticket escalations. The next you will be travelling into London to provide project delivery. Another day, you will be providing internal support for the business.

About You:
First and foremost, you should be an experienced 1st/2nd line engineer. Outsource/field background is desired but not essential.
You should have experience supporting the following technologies:
- Experience with all Microsoft Technologies - Office 365, Azure, Windows 7-10, Server 2012-2019, AD, Exchange, Hyper V, SQL Server
- Experience with VoIP telephony, both hosted and on premise
- Networking
You must have a driving license and your own car for this role.
