Our Retained offering creates an exclusive partnership where we hold ourselves accountable. As a trusted partner, we undertake a dedicated and transparent search campaign to target the right talent. Our focus is based on quality and expertise, keeping your best interests at the centre, with the ability to utilise your brand name. Payment is provided at different milestones throughout the campaign.

Exclusive

Our Exclusive recruitment service is a sole-partnership where we are trusted to source and introduce the right individual. This is a success-only model, where our Introduction Fee is only payable once. We provide a dedicated delivery campaign, utilising a number of internal resources, and this closer relationship enables us to embody your brand, better understand your culture, and market your role to individuals. We have sole responsibility to fulfil the requirements and deploy more resources and effort to your vacancy - resulting in a quicker hire and more suited and engaged individual.

Contingent

Our entry-level product offering is based on a passive, light and transactional search. This limited arrangement is similar to a client-vendor relationship, usually competing with multiple recruitment businesses, rather than a trusted partnership with one employment business. Most niche vacancies require deep dive campaigns, something a Contingent offering is unable to solve. The Introduction Fee is only payable upon successful placement of an individual.
