Now that’s not to say we’re all exactly the same.
We’ve got plenty of variety in both our interests and methods of working. We love that we’re all unique and take different approaches – we pride ourselves in giving our IT Recruitment Consultants the autonomy to work in a way that’s best for our area. But we all share the same values and aim to be the best we can be.
And that’s been the case at Mexa Solutions.
Our company was formed by two brothers – both with extensive IT recruitment experience, they wanted to create a business centered around family and miles away from the approaches used by large (and often overbearing) corporate recruitment companies.
Aligned in core beliefs, values, and work ethic, they are a true representation of a successful family business.

Usually either in the gym, up a mountain, or with my boys on a kayak. I love the outdoors.

I got into recruitment over 4 years ago whilst in Australia. I was a broke backpacker at the time and had to walk 1 ½ hours in the Sydney sun to make it to my first interview! Thankfully, I packed some deodorant in my bag.
I’ve been at Mexa Solutions for over 2 years now, with the majority of that time being spent working within the Microsoft Cloud market. I’m extremely grateful to work in such an exciting sector with an incredible community. The Microsoft Cloud space is constantly evolving with new releases always around the corner – sometimes it’s hard to keep up! With the release of ChatGPT and Microsoft tools and features such as Copilot and Viva, this industry really is at the forefront of how we work.
I’ll generally be playing sports or exercising; mainly tennis, golf, running, or hiking. I also really enjoy exploring, whether that’s the UK or abroad – my most recent trip was to Montenegro which I’d definitely recommend!
I once won an all-inclusive holiday for my whole family to Barbados. I was 12!

Outside of work you will find me out hiking with my German Shepherd dog, frequenting a nice country pub, or taking on a new DIY project.
