    We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join a growing team in Bracknell (hybrid – 3 days in the office), ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and future-ready.

    What you’ll do:

    • Design, configure, and maintain a secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
    • Lead on cyber security initiatives, ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials +.
    • Provide expert-level support across Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage.
    • Manage networking solutions, including security monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Implement and maintain AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments.
    • Work closely with teams across the business to execute technical and security projects.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and networking.
    • Security-Focused: Hands-on experience with cyber security best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
    • Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborator: Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
