We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join a growing team in Bracknell (hybrid – 3 days in the office), ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and future-ready.

What you’ll do:
- Design, configure, and maintain a secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
- Lead on cyber security initiatives, ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials +.
- Provide expert-level support across Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage.
- Manage networking solutions, including security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments.
- Work closely with teams across the business to execute technical and security projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and networking.
- Security-Focused: Hands-on experience with cyber security best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues in a fast-paced environment.
