2nd Line Support Engineer

£26,000 - £32,000 basic

Havant - hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office

Your Challenge

Working as part of a small but growing technical services team of 13 technical staff, you'll be responsible for providing 2nd line support on the busy service desk.

Whilst this role is predominantly working on the service desk, you'll have the chance to get stuck in with small ad hoc projects, change requests, builds and breakfixes. No two days are the same.

What's next for you within the company? How does progression to the 3rd line infrastructure team sound? Or managerial? This MSP will help and support you on your journey.

About You:

First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd line engineer.

You have some experience with the following technologies:

  • Windows Server
  • M365
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Networking technologies - routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
  • VMWare
  • Hyper-V

Experience working with another Managed Service Provided (MSP) is preferred, but not essential.

You must have a Full UK driving licence.
