Fully Remote
£80 – 85k + 10% company bonus (paid out the last 3 years)

Your new role..
As the Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be the conduit between senior management and your own Development team of 5 individuals.
You’ll be brainstorming/whiteboarding with management looking at how you can use creative technology solutions to increase website revenue. You’ll then lead your development team in hands on coding as you create these solutions – you will be responsible for the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
You’ll be involved in important, strategic conversations and will bring your creative thinking and ideas to the table, always looking at the bigger picture and what’s next.
This will be big.
It will be challenging.
Yet with twice the challenge, comes twice the satisfaction.
Tech stack is .NET Core, Webforms, MVC, and hosted on AWS although they are happy to look at individuals with experience in Azure or GCP.
About you..
You’re a Senior Developer with solid leadership experience. You’ll still be coding but are commercially savvy with a business mindset.
You’ll be an excellent communicator who can communicate with high-level, non-technical individuals with ease.
Experience working with high volume E-Commerce sites is a must.
You’re ambitious and at that point in your career where you yearn for more and keep asking yourself, how can I take this up a gear?
Lastly, you’ll have significant .NET Core Development experience with some excellent exposure to either AWS, Azure or GCP. Some JavaScript or Vue.JS experience will be beneficial.
