    Description

£25-45K Depending which level you’re at (MULTIPLE ROLES)

Feeling stuck in your SEO career?

Ready to step up but no one’s noticing?

Maybe you want to lead but lack the support to really fly?

This could be your next role AND the one after that.

At this agency, HR meet monthly to identify who’s ready for promotion. You could join as an SEO Executive and be managing your own team in just a few years.

Are you an established manager ready to lead your own team?

Your development isn’t left to chance.

That’s why our team has impressive tenure, and the agency has been recognised as one of the Best SMEs to Work For, voted by the very people you’ll be working with.

Whether you’re an SEO Executive or Manager, if you’re technical, we have a role for you.

You’ll love this role if you:

    • Want a long-term SEO career with a clear path ahead
      • Thrive on the latest innovations like AI and want to stay ahead of the curve
      • Enjoy working in a collaborative team that values creativity and quality equally
      • Get a buzz from seeing your ideas directly impact traffic, rankings, and leads
      • Are humble, recognising SEO is always evolving and you don’t need to know everything (we’ll help you learn as much as possible!)
      • Appreciate a good social and enjoy paid company days out like pub lunches and escape rooms
      • Need flexibility? We have lots of working parents who shape their working hours to suit their lives

    Your role will include:

    • Delivering ethical, high-impact SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio
      • Collaborating with a structured, forward-thinking team who value both creativity and strategy
      • Leading or supporting on-site audits, technical SEO, local SEO, and CRO improvements
      • Driving performance across content, strategy, analytics, and conversion

This role might not be for you if:

We focus on SMEs, not large corporate brands.

You won’t be a small cog in a giant machine, you’ll make a real impact to SMEs.

You’ll need to drive to the office about 2 days a week. For senior managers who demonstrate discipline and capability, this can be reduced to once a month.
