Working on the IT Service Desk of a leading technology business, the 2nd line support analyst / 2nd line service desk analyst will be joining the 2nd line support team to resolve technical support issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Azure, virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware) and networking technologies across DNS, DHCP. The 2nd line service desk analyst will be joining at a time when the business is going through a period of growth and has a high number of support calls coming through, so this will be a high activity role.
- Strong & proven 2nd line support experience
- Excellent service desk support background
- Strong experience across Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365
- Awareness of virtualisation and networking connectivity across DNS and DHCP
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Technician, who has strong experience of providing 2nd line support in an IT service desk environment.
This 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Wimborne, Dorset, paying from £130 - £160 / day (depending upon background and experience) -Umbrella Company (working inside of IR35).
