    IT Support Analyst – Be the Backbone of Technology! 💻🔧

    They’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established, growing organisation in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a business that values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth.

    What you’ll do:

    • Provide technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
    • Provide IT support on desktop support issues around laptop, desktop and printer issues
    • Provide IT server and network support
    • Ensure seamless operation of IT systems, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions.
    • Coordinate IT resources and support ongoing projects like system upgrades and migrations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and configurations.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure IT services meet business needs.
    • Train end-users on IT tools and resources, ensuring best practices are followed.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
    • Problem-Solver: A natural ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
    • Experience: Prior experience in IT support or a similar role is essential.
