I started my recruitment journey in 2018 in the retail sector, before doing a complete 180 and diving into the world of IT recruitment. And wow, it’s a completely different kettle of fish. I love the different dynamics and that the saying ‘every day is a learning day’ could not be truer with the IT world.
I have just recently returned from maternity leave, after spending an amazing year off with my 1-year-old son. I am so grateful that I was able to spend that time with him and watch him grow into the most sweetest and cheekiest boy.
Outside of work, is most definitely a LOT of walking! On top of my son, I also have a huntaway dog named Harley. He is a New Zealand herding breed and is the most gentlest giant ever!
Our favourite thing to do is to go on long walks in a forest or a beach somewhere as a family and my son loves to watch Harley run around, he will always giggle!
Throughout the Covid lockdown, my brother fell into the world of ancestry….and I found out that I am the 13th Granddaughter descended from one of the world-famous Pendle Witches! (If you are into that sort of thing!)
