    Senior Support Analyst
    £40 – 45k

    Your new role

    This Microsoft Partner create a number of bespoke, industry leading products that integrate with Microsoft collaboration software including SharePoint, Power Platform and more recently AI software such as CoPilot.

    You’ll play a key role in supporting these bespoke products and will use your technical expertise to provide expert level troubleshooting.

    About you

    You’ll have proven experience in a technical support role, preferably for another Microsoft Partner in a SaaS or API environment.

     Some other skills and experience you’ll bring:

    · Knowledge and experience in supporting Power Platform or M365 solutions, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

    · Experience in Zendesk.

    · Strong customer facing experience.

    · Any Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.

    Salary and benefits
