We’re on the hunt for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a growing company in Portsmouth (1-2 days a week onsite) and play a pivotal role in defining the future of their flagship SaaS product.
What’s in it for you?

What you’ll do:
- Own the product roadmap: Define, refine, and prioritise features based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging user interfaces.
- Lead development efforts with engineering teams, ensuring the product delivers on its vision.
- Use market research and competitor analysis to differentiate the product and identify new opportunities.
- Support go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch and track new features.
- Analyse product performance post-launch, using data to guide improvements and future updates.
What we’re looking for:
- SaaS Expertise: 2-3+ years as a Product Manager with hands-on experience owning and leading SaaS B2B products.
- Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud-based technologies, and agile development methodologies.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering value through innovation.
- Analytical: Data-driven decision-making with a knack for prioritising what matters most.
- Collaborative: Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
