A growing digital agency have recently appointed a new Head Web developer who oversees our team of developers and designers and is NOW looking for an experienced Mid-level WordPress developer.

A typical day for you, will be working alongside our development team and designers, building

themes and plugins, whilst collaborating with our specialist digital marketers - so this will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about SEO and PPC.

You will be an integral figure for our new full-scale website build as well as being able to help fixing problems with existing websites.

Your days will be filled with some much variety, as all our clients are unique and they will trust your expertise to solve their individual business needs.

Future Prospects…

As the development department expands, we will be looking for someone to progress into a

Leadership title, as you take on more responsibilities and start managing your own department of WordPress specialists.

You will soon see that promotions are a regular occurrence, and we already have numerous staff

members who have been with us for 5+ years and have progressed throughout their career with organic promotions. Our hard-working team are valued and recognised and valued for the work they do!

We are a social business, and like to run regular socials at the Brighton office plus the Friday lunchtime trip to the pub - BUT we know that this is not for everyone. We offer a hybrid working set up, and request our developers to be in our Central Brighton office 3 times a week? 😊

Don't worry - we're not micromanagers - we've just built a creative hub and find that our team work really well altogether in the office where they can bounce ideas with one another.

Plus - it would be beneficial for your progression into leadership to work among your junior developers who you would eventually be managing.
