Your new challenge

You'll be getting exposure to the latest technologies and will become a subject matter expert. Supporting their current service desk with escalations and providing support and recommendations in a technical capacity to help the company thrive and continue with its growth.

You'll be working with all things cloud, infrastructure and networking, which may range from straightforward solutions to more complicated technical issues which you won't stop until you resolve. No two days are the same!

Infrastructure Support Tech Lead - 2nd/3rd Line Support required for a UK based Microsoft Partner.

WFH - 1/day/month in the office near Slough

£35k - 40k basic

About you

You should come from a strong 2nd/3rd line support level (ideally from an MSP background) and have experience supporting the following technologies:

  • Azure IaaS
  • VMware ESXi
  • Hyper-V
  • Windows Server OS
  • Windows Active Directory
  • O365
  • Azure Active Directory
  • SharePoint / OneDrive
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
