Software Team Leader

You love software and all things development - but see your future in team management?

As a natural born leader, you thrive on using your strong people skills and want to act as a mentor to support a team of software developers and QAs?

You have delivered numerous complex desktop and web applications, and you can continue working in a hands on environment whilst stepping into a team lead role with your own squad of developers.

You will be leading a team of developer in building software and web solutions for the industrial engineering sector, with offices in the UK, Europe and America,

Our tech stack includes; C# .Net, React, SQL - plus additional CI/CD tooling.

You will be stepping into a Team Leader title, overseeing a team of 6 developers, spread across 3 countries, and you will be the ring leader with planning sessions for all current and pending projects

You will be exemplary figure within our team, setting high standards for your team to follow, ensuring all design, development and testing functions are delivered to the highest standards.

Your strong organizational skills will be highly valued as you monitor your teams progresses and continuously looking for new ways to improve and increase performance output and implement individual growth plans.

You will be reporting to the Director of Product Development and continuously update him on your teams performances as well as the Product delivery.

You will be able to work fully remotely, but we do have an office in the Midlands and South Coast which you may need to pop in to once in a while.

We will depend on you to communicate with your team and work with them as they look to you for support. This MAY involve the OCCASIONAL meeting outside core UK hours due to the international team time difference.

Our salary ranges from £60-75k depending on individual experience.
