£28,000 - £38,000, depending upon background and experience.
Working within the service support function of a growing Managed Service Provider, the Service Desk Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day management the service function, including team leading a small team of support analysts who provide 1st line & 2nd line support to their customer base. In addition, the Service Desk Team Lead will also continue to provide hands on IT support. The technical environment consists of Windows Server, networking, virtualisation, Active Directory, Office 365 including SharePoint, Intune and Azure
- Experience of team leading / managing a Service Desk team of 1st line & 2nd line support
- Experience within IT Services / Managed Service environment
- Strong technical experience across Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, Office 365 including SharePoint, Intune and Azure
- Full drivers license
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Service Desk Team Lead / Team Leader / Service Desk Lead / 2nd Line Team Leader / Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager, who has strong experience of managing & leading a service desk function in a Managed Services environment.
