This Fareham based IT Service Provider has proven experience in developing its staff, offering career progression into new roles across the business.

Service Desk Analyst

£24,000 - £32,000 basic

Fareham Office

Your Challenge

You will be working on the busy service desk, providing 1st/2nd line support both remotely and onsite to their clients.

You will also be let lose into the wild and out of the office, with occasional visits to clients sites, for projects, installations and onsite support.

No two days will be the same, with their diverse range of clients in difficult sectors and industries, including the military and aviation industry which is a bonus if you're a Top Gun fan!

Working across the technical environment of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and SharePoint.

About You:

First and foremost, you should be an experienced 1st/2nd line support engineer.

You have some experience with the following technologies:

  • Windows Server
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • SharePoint
  • Networking technologies
