An ambitious and motivated Service Desk Analyst is required to join a well established leading consultancy based in Winchester. Working as part of a busy service desk team you will report into the Service Desk Manager. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
As part of the Service Desk Team you will provide a single pint of contact for IT technical services, ensuring that all requests and tickets from end users are answered.
Experience and Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Demonstrate an understanding of the principals of IT Networks
- Experience of working on backups and recovery
- Strong Windows 10 Support
- Experience of supporting Microsoft Office 2016 & O365
- Experience using active directory & Azure active directory
- Previous experience of working on a busy Service Desk
