A Service Desk Analyst is required to join a company based near Winchester. Working as part of a busy service desk team you will report into the Service Desk Manager.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

As part of the Service Desk Team you will provide a single pint of contact for IT technical services, ensuring that all requests and tickets from end users are answered.

Shift pattern :

8.5-hour shifts set between 0800hrs - 1830hrs, with an hour for lunch.

Candidates must be flexible to provide shift cover at short notice.

Experience and Knowledge required:

  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the principals of IT Networks
  • Experience of working on backups and recovery
  • Strong Windows 10 Support
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Office 2016 & O365
  • Experience using active directory & azure active directory
  • Previous experience of working on a busy Service Desk

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
