Working on a busy IT Service Desk for a growing organisation in Central Southampton, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for 1st line support within the organisation, encompassing some 2nd line support. This will be across Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, O365 and some elements of Azure environment.
- Strong 1st line support, with exposure to 2nd line support
- Strong experience of supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Office 365
- Good experience of supporting Windows 7 / Windows 10 environments
- Ideally experience of supporting Azure
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support / Support Analyst / Support Technician / IT Technician, who has strong experience of supporting users on an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk to a 1st line level, with exposure to 2nd line support.
This Service Desk Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Central Southampton, paying from £18,000 - £22,000, depending upon background and experience
