Service Delivery Manager required for a leading and rapidly growing technology organisation in London. You will have a background as a Service Desk Manager- and will ideally have a background working within a Managed Service Provider or a Consultancy.

Home-based up to 80% of the time.
This is a great opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join an established and expanding global organisation. You will be supporting & enhancing the Service Desk team, as well as managing customer and client relationships, working from home up to 80% of the time.
This role would suit a motivated individual with a background working within an MSP looking for a company in which they can develop whilst growing their team and continually improving the customer environment. You'll be managing team members, ensuring their SLA's are achieved, as well as working with 3rd party clients and vendors managing any escalations that arise as well as having the ability to form excellent relationships and build rapport with C-Level clients.
For this Service Delivery Manager role, you must have:
- Strong background working with 3rd Party Vendors
- Ideally, you will have experience working within Managed Service Providers or Consultancies
- Have demonstrable experience building relationships up to and including C-Level
- Experience leading a team of Technical Support
- Have been working in an environment where you have continually improved relationships and processes
- Hold an ITIL Certificate or similar
- Experience managing projects
£55,000 - £65,000 + (This salary is completely dependent on skill level and experience)
