Your new challenge
This organisation have just won a contract with a multinational energy and renewables organisation and you'll be leading a large, complex document management project from the get-go. You'll be getting involved in the design, planning and strategy as well as guiding developers on the implementation and acting as the Technical Design Authority.
Moving forward, there will be a variation of projects including intranets, Viva Connections as well as document management - you won't be bored.

This organisation is smaller than what you may be used to, however you'll be in an environment that encourages self-development and where all management are approachable and keen to see you succeed. You'll be a SharePoint evangelist with in-depth experience of designing and delivering solutions for your customers across SharePoint and M365. Some other skills you'll bring to this organisation:
- A strong understanding of SharePoint document management and information architecture.
- A good Microsoft Partner background - you'll be used to working closely with customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality.
- Experience in the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation.
A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and collaborate with your team is also important. You'll be building and cultivating strong relationships as well as advocating innovation within the organisation and with your customers.
