Sam was recently promoted from senior exec to Manager - could you be the next Sam?
Sounds promising- but what about the job itself?
From day one -you will be hands on in strategic planning and execution of Paid campaigns and managing 10-12 different accounts.
This may seem daunting at first - but you can be rest assured that you will have the support of managers around you - who are some of the brightest in the industry.
Ideally you will come from an agency background and know what to expect from an agency culture.
You will be using multiple Paid Media platforms and monitoring budget of Google Ad spend and reporting on your successes back to clients.
Your campaigns will be tailored for Lead Generation and/or Ecommerce purposes, and continuously develop as you understand your clients' needs and deliver against them.
You will be encouraged to support junior execs in the team with their campaigns, and this could be your stepping stone and progress into a Manager title like Sam.

You will also be able to take liberty of a flexi-hour policy and choose whether you want to work from home or from the Central Brighton office. So long as you can pop in once a month to say hello?
