You will be joining a specialist team of professionals, focussing on merging insights. This will be from data analysis, modelling, and data visualization. There will also be an element of both stakeholder and team management within this role.

Your new challenge

You will be managing and mentoring both onshore and offshore teams with exciting projects, collecting, and managing client feedback, and continually improving and assisting with the advancement of technical skills within the team.

Working alongside clients, you will collect feedback and construct plans to resolve technical problems.

This company are needing someone who can confidently lead a team, contributing and sharing specialized approaches and practices among the business.

About you

First and foremost, you will need strong leadership qualities and team management experience.

You will be the mentor that your team members directly reach out to.

Experience analysing data sets with various languages, for e.g:

• SQL
• MicroStrategy
• Power BI
• Tableau

As well, you will need experience with programming languages, such as:

• Python
• Java
• Scala

Implementation experience of web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics would be a huge advantage, with a hands on, practical approach to your work.

You will be working closely with clients, building strong relationships with them, and will need to be comfortable offering alternatives, creating Pitch Decks, facing challenges, and making decisions.
