You will be working within a Digital Deployment Team, to assist supporting and controlling effectual deployment across all projects.

Your new challenge
You'll be using modern technology to help run the deployment and measurement across all the companies' campaigns & services. You will also be assisting the performance teams to deliver analytics.

Working with the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be focussing on vital Business Intelligence areas within the company, control strong relationships with agencies, delivering key goals and priorities to maximise success. You will be in control of managing deployment and delivery of Business Intelligence and reporting Analytics Projects.
You will also be line managing a small team where you will deliver successful line management with coaching and development.
To start with, you'll have a strong understanding of creating data layers - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
You will have also have experience with coaching, people management and training.
Good knowledge of research, analysis tools, and methodologies, with programming skills working with:
- Google Analytics
- Google Data Studio
- Power BI
- Google Stack
- Data Layer Building
Ideally, you'll have a background also assisting operational planning and working with delivery processes.
A good understanding knowing the structure of databases, making sure quality and accuracy of data extraction and data manipulation of large data sets is precise.
You'll understand the analytics of each stage of the Customer's journey; acquisition, retention, upsell, cross sell and churn models.
Stakeholder Management is also a key part of this role.
A Digital Marketing/Digital Analytics background would be advantageous.
More importantly, you'll have a willingness to learn and collaborate with your team, whilst' building strong relationships.
