Your new challenge
You'll be getting exposure to a number of different projects at any one time and will get the opportunity to put your own stamp on process and operations.
Typical projects could include SharePoint, Device Management, Document Management and Microsoft Teams migrations, ranging from 3-6 months in duration and with customers between 200 to 4000 users.
If you don't consider yourself a Microsoft technology specialist, don't worry - these guys are well known for their training process and you'll be given all the support you need to get up to speed.
About you
First and foremost, you'll be agile with the ability to work on 2-3 projects at once - you won't be bored in this role. Some other skills and experience you'll need to be a success:
A strong Business Analysis background with experience of working on multiple projects,
You'll have a strong focus on quality, even when juggling multiple tasks,
Presentation skills are a must as well as the ability to engage well with customers,
Experience or knowledge of the M365 platform and features would be useful, but definitely not essential.
