Working for a growing technology company, the Sales Administrator will be responsible in supporting the Account Management team with existing customers and generating quotes.
- Generating quotes and processing orders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Managing customer renewals.
- Liaising with Accounts Managers and other departments.
- Excellent customer service skills, ideally in a previous customer facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time keeping and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
