Up to £20,000 basic (£30,000 OTE) depending on experience.

Working for a growing technology company, the Sales Administrator will be responsible in supporting the Account Management team with existing customers and generating quotes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating quotes and processing orders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Managing customer renewals.
  • Liaising with Accounts Managers and other departments.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills, ideally in a previous customer facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great time keeping and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
