You've been implementing software solutions for some time now; you know what you're doing. You have a breadth of experience not just in implementation, but pre & post sales also. You can deal with high profile clients and are now wondering what could offer you the opportunity to work with some of the largest defence organisations across the globe in a truly unique and rewarding way.

This will be bigger than anything you've done before. And with the biggest challenge, comes the greatest rewards of your career.
You'll be working with some of the largest military and defence organisations across the globe implementing world leading Command & Control Software that aims to digitise the battlefield.
You'll manage the whole lifecycle of your client's journey's. Starting with pre-sales discussions & solutions architecture, you'll be meeting with clients to understand their pain points and how your software can solve their problems.
Next, you'll move to implementation. Where you'll manage the whole process of implementing the software and solutions you've created for your clients.
And finally, you'll be tasked with account managing your clients, keeping in touch, nurturing your relationships & of course, upselling new products and features as they come out.
This is working hybrid, 3x days per week in their Farnborough office, with semi-regular travel to their head office in Europe; and offers the opportunity for occasional international travel to international clients.
The company are a huge European based IT Consultancy, with hundreds of millions of euros in revenue and no business debt. Companies do not get in a better financial situation than these.

First and foremost, you're a consultant who has experience implementing large software solutions to high profile clients. Previous defence sector, aviation, marine or related sector experience is not necessary, however would certainly help you in settling in to speaking with military officers and personnel.
Previous experience in presales and solutions architecture will also help you succeed in the position.
