Release Coordinator / Release Analyst
£43,000 - £53,000 basic + 10% bonus
Southampton Office - hybrid working available
Your Challenge
This is a brand-new position for the company as they are continuing to expand. Some of the responsibilities have been managed by other people, but now they are looking for someone to take ownership of the entire process.
The company is going through a long period of modernisation and growth and are focusing on a digital transformation strategy.
You will work closely with the IT development, testing and project teams to help with the creation and development of modernising new systems, as well as building on existing platforms. You will be integral to the success of the business, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure releases are as planned.

Salary is up to £53,000 with a bonus on top of that to boost up your annual earnings. The benefits also aren't too shabby. About You:
First and foremost, you should have experience working within software development and release management.
You'll have experience of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively work with stakeholders of all levels.
You should have an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
You must have a Full UK driving licence.
This position would suit a Release Coordinator / Release Analyst / Change Coordinator / Change Analyst
