Project Manager

Fully remote

£45 - 55k basic

Are you tired of being another cog in a big machine? Or perhaps just looking to get involved in something more meaningful, where you'll actually add value and worth on a daily basis?

This Microsoft Partner is tech led and not run by a sales team hungry for a quick buck. They put their customers at the heart of everything they do.

You'll play a pivotal role in their mission of becoming a leading Microsoft Partner and Consultancy.

This organisation is bursting at the seams with opportunities and the prospects for your career advancement are unparalleled. You'll be working with customers and internally and will be making a difference when you deliver real improvements to how they work and collaborate.

Your new challenge

You'll be joining a busy Professional Services team at the forefront of Microsoft technology. The role is varied and will include managing 10-12 projects at a time, delivering daily stand-ups, managing resources and speaking to clients on a weekly basis. You won't be twiddling your thumbs.

This organisation is smaller than what you may be used to, however you'll be in an environment that encourages self-development and where all management are approachable and keen to see you succeed. Honesty, integrity, simplicity and team working are key to their ethos and they value like-minded technology enthusiasts.

Benefits include private health insurance, fully remote working with flexible hours, 25 days holiday, high spec hardware, sponsored community participation and access to the latest technologies from Microsoft and other suppliers.

About you

You'll be a tech-savvy Project Manager with solid experience working in Professional Services or an IT Consultancy. Some other skills you'll bring..

  • Resource management - the ability to allocate and manage project resources effectively.
  • Good experience across Budgeting, Cost Control as well as Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
  • An understanding of IT Systems and Software Development processes.
  • PRINCE2 certification (or similar) is preferred.

You'll have a growth mindset and the willingness to learn and collaborate with your team. You'll be building and cultivating strong relationships as well as advocating innovation within the organisation.

What next

You probably want to know more about the business, their products, their plans and their history.
