The newly appointed Head of Social leads our team of 3 execs but is more of an Organic specialist and a Paid Social specialist is now needed to take ownership on all Paid campaigns, as the department continues to grow and flourish.

You know the technicalities of Paid Social campaigns - but you're now ready to own a dept?
Your expertise in Paid Social will finally be valued as you will be the expert in the team for all Paid Social campaigns and guiding a team of 3 junior executives.
You will be at the helm of the Paid Social division, and bring fresh ideas to the table as the business maximises services across all social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc etc

As a Manager, your presence will be highly valued by the junior executives, as they continue to learn the ropes of agency work, so your presence in the stunning Central Brighton office is required.
As cliché' as it maybe - it's pretty cool to have a well-stocked beer fridge, ping pong table, office dog and tropical fish tank with a Nemo and Dorey.
Social events are a frequent thing with his organisation, activities include the annual summer party, Friday lunchtime trips to the pub and the occasional swim in the sea at lunchtime when the weather is nice.
What's in it for you?
Salary ranges from £35-43k depending on individual experience, a flexi-hour policy plus an excellent benefits package including an enhanced pension and maternity/paternity scheme.
