Are you a Paid Media specialist looking to progress into a Team Lead title?
Could you see yourself leading a team of 4 PPC execs and supporting them with their accounts and campaigns?
Do you also fancy 28 days holiday - PLUS bank Holidays and a flexi hour policy?
Sounds promising- but what about the job itself?
You'll be stepping into a leadership title from day 1 and managing a team of 4 Paid Execs and supporting them in their career.
You will no longer be as hands on- but more of a figure head in the team to support others with their accounts and campaigns.
Your skills and expertise in PPC will be highly valued as you support your team to deliver the best outcome and results for their clients.
Your focus will be managing your team but stepping into client meetings and influence delivery of their Campaigns.
This will be a more strategic focussed role, where you will bring your creative ideas to the Head of Paid Media who will be there to support as you progress as a manager.
This role may not be for you…..
If you can be in the office at least 3 days a week, to provide support and expertise to your team as they follow your guidance and leadership.
Your presence will be highly valued by our junior executives, as they continue to learn the ropes of Paid Media and agency culture.
What's in it for you?
You will have a starting salary ranging from £38-45k depending on individual experience, - including an enhanced pension and maternity/paternity scheme.
You can take liberty of a flexi-hour policy and working hybrid from our stunning new offices in Central Brighton office.
As cliché' as it maybe - it's pretty cool to have a well-stocked beer fridge, ping pong table, office dog and tropical fish tank with a Nemo and Dorey.
This role is working with my top client who I have placed 6 individuals with this year, all of whom have said nothing but positive things about the working culture and progression they have made since joining.
If you are ready to step into a Managerial title and become more strategic with your campaigns, then this is your opportunity!
Please feel free to get in touch. Don't worry if your CV is not currently up to date - if you're interested and have the right experience listed, then let's discuss in more detail.
