You, as the Office, HR & Business Support Manager will be front & centre helping the company achieve just this.
This Business Support function supports every staff member in the business, from HR management, vendor management, office admin, booking meetings, coordinating events, helping with volunteer & mental health days to restocking the beer fridge ready for the Friday afternoon beers!
You’ll free up the staff’s time by taking their admin responsibilities away from them.
You’ll be responsible for the employee experience for all staff within the team.

HR management is a big part of this role, you’ll need a background in HR and HR Management to be successful in this role.
