Your new challenge

As an experienced 3rd line engineer as well as being a subject matter expect in UC support, you will support a range of applications and systems utilising Microsoft Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams.

The primary focus will be the complete UC support lifecycle, supporting:

  • Ribbon, Session Border Controller (SBC) gateways, or Audio Codes
  • Workstream Contact Centre solutions,
  • Verint Call Recording Solution
  • Meeting Room solutions from Yealink, Crestron
  • End User devices from Yealink, Poly

Microsoft Teams Support Engineer / UC Engineer required for a UK based Microsoft Partner.

WFH - 1/day/month in the office near Slough

£40,000 - £45,000

About you

You should consider yourself a Subject Matter Expert in Unified Communications and have some experience, but not all, supporting the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Teams / Skype for Business
  • Microsoft Teams including:
    • Direct routing via Ribbon and AudioCodes media gateways
    • PSTN Calling plans and DDI enablement
  • End to end deployment knowledge of On Premises, Hybrid and Office 365 for UC
  • Active directory and ADFS knowledge
  • 3rd party applications and interoperability including
  • Ribbon SBC 1000, 2000, SWE and Ribbon azure media gateways
  • AudioCodes Mediant family of gateways
