Working for a leading IT consultancy and Managed Service Provider, the Microsoft Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd line support for the managed service client base across Windows Server, O365 and Active Directory and Azure AD and SharePoint. This role will include both 2nd line support and project delivery of Microsoft cloud projects & solutions.
- Strong Microsoft cloud support background
- Experience of Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint and on-prem infrastructure solutions across Windows Server
- Ideally Azure AD and SharePoint administration experience or strong knowledge
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Microsoft Support Engineer / Support Analyst / Cloud Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Analyst / IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst, who has strong experience of 2nd line support of cloud solutions including Office 365 and ideally Azure.
This Cloud Support Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be circa 20% home based / 80% based in the Bournemouth office, paying from £28,000 - £38,000, depending upon background and experience.
