Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to join a fast growing IT Service Provider. In this role, you will focus on project delivery with ad hoc BAU support, specializing in the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack. You will play a key role in implementing and optimizing solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, and other collaboration tools. There will be some involvement with the infrastructure side of M365 with all things that relate to Intune, Azure etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage Microsoft 365 projects with a focus on collaboration tools.
- Provide ad hoc BAU support for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Implement and optimize solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, and other collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects effectively.
- Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 suite is advantageous, including Intune, Azure and security solutions.
- Prior experience in an IT Service Provider environment is preferred.
