So, you’re a Senior Data Scientist with ML and LLM experience. You're hands-on and have delivered models into production. You’ve got the AI bug.
This is the future. You can see it and you want to be at the forefront of it.
But when you look at these new AI startups, you find their products are just ChatGPT with a bit of makeup on…. You want more. You want to work on truly innovative AI products that will make a difference to people’s daily lives.
Well, here’s a company that does just that.
Your Challenge:
With a background in data science and machine learning, you’ll be a hands-on ‘doer’ working as 1 of 4 Machine Learning Engineers. You’ll be creating, tinkering, and fine-tuning Transformer and Large Language Models.
You’ll be getting your hands dirty, working closely with Analysts and Engineers, and regularly delivering models into production.
You’ll be given the freedom you need to do this. With no hard start & finish times and unlimited holiday. You choose where you do your best work.
They are a hybrid-first company with an office in London, however, no one is checking how often you’re in. You can attend the office as little or as often as you like.
The Business:
You’ll be joining a company at the forefront of AI Development. This is a 4-year-old start-up with circa 20 staff that’s already highly profitable. – A huge achievement for many tech start-ups that rely on rounds of funding.
Their AI platform and suite of products services the property management sector across the globe, genuinely changing people’s lives for the better; and this is your chance to help people live better lives thanks to your AI creations.
Your Skills:
You will be either a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with hands-on ML skills who has delivered models to production.
Strong Python, Lambda, and experience working with Large Language Models (LLM’s) are a must, as well as having app development experience.
Realistically you will have experience working with & deploying Cloud-based API’s – Doesn’t matter which, AWS, GCP, or Azure; although this company uses AWS.
Other nice-to-haves are ML related technologies such as Sagemaker & Huggingface.
