As a Lead UC Engineer you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for the day to day development, management, monitoring and maintenance of the Unified Communications Platform. You will also be accountable for implementing policies and processes along with the implementation of ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the Platform.

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Voice and Data Networks.
  • Good understanding of Voice and Video protocols.
  • Experience of working with SME routers and networking gear like DrayTeks, Cisco, Netgear etc.
  • Experience with Linux, Broadworks, Broadsoft, Wireshark and SIP would be beneficial

This position would suit a Lead Unified Communications Engineer who has strong experience of supporting voice & data networks for unified communications platforms.

This Lead Unified Communications Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be home-based paying from £55,000 - £65,000 (depending upon background and experience) + excellent benefits + £4k / year personal development allowance
