As a Lead UC Engineer you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for the day to day development, management, monitoring and maintenance of the Unified Communications Platform. You will also be accountable for implementing policies and processes along with the implementation of ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the Platform. The technical environment is with Broadsoft/Broadworks, Wireshark, SIP, Cisco, Netgear, all within a Linux operating system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Voice and Data Networks.
  • Strong experience of Broadworks/Broadsoft - essential requirement
  • Good understanding of Voice and Video protocols.
  • Experience of working with SME routers and networking gear like DrayTeks, Cisco, Netgear etc.
  • Ideally a strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Wireshark and SIP would be beneficial

This position would suit a Lead Unified Communications Engineer who has strong experience of supporting voice & data networks for unified communications platforms using Broadworks/Broadsoft.
