Working within the IT support team of a leading engineering consultancy, the IT Support Technician will work alongside the IT Manager to help with incoming IT support requests from the wider business. This will be both service desk and desktop support for users in a Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Windows 10 & 11 environment. You'll be supporting smartphones across iPhone, Android and Windows as well as supporting Hyper-V for virtualisation.

Required Skills:

- Good experience in an IT support role and 1st line/2nd line level

- Good experience of end user computing & desktop support

- Good experience of supporting Windows Server and Hyper-V

- Ideally good experience of supporting Android, iPhone and Windows devices

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit an IT Support Technician / Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Engineer / Desktop Support Technician / Desktop Support Analyst, who has good IT support experience across Windows Server and Desktop support.
