This is a great opportunity for an experience 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join an established and expanding MSP based in Portsmouth. The company is experiencing high levels of growth and are seeking an IT Support Technician with strong helpdesk experience cover their 2nd line support.
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be resolving technical issues for Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory. You will be working with a variety of user setups in a fast-paced environment assisting with projects both in deployment and migration.
For this IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Engineer, you must have:
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Ideally, experience working within an MSP OR a fast-paced helpdesk
- Excellent communication skills
£22,000 - £27,000 + Benefits (life insurance, pension, private healthcare)
