Your new challenge

You'll be joining an established support team supporting a full range of IT infrastructure solutions, primarily based around application, desktop, server and storage virtualisation technologies.

Working at their recently refurbished head office in a hybrid / home working pattern, you'll be working in a state-of-the-art technology centre, you'll be providing support services and solutions to a range of businesses and international firms, your support will help contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

About You:

You should have a strong background and experience of working in a technical capacity at 2nd/3rd support level and have experience supporting the following technologies:

M365, Azure, Intune
Windows Server
Hyper-V
Networking
Active Directory
