Working within the infrastructure & support team for a leading technology company, the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be responsible for providing 2nd line support escalated from the IT Service Desk. This will be remote support, phone support and some deskside / desktop support for users both onsite and at local/regional locations. The technical environment is across Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 7/10 machines, virtualisation, networking and desktop support.
- Good 2nd line support experience
- IT Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support / Desktop Support experience
- Strong experience of Windows Server, AD, Office 365
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Desktop Support / IT Technician / Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Engineer, who has strong experience of 2nd line support across Windows Server, AD and Office 365.
This 2nd Line Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Portsmouth, Hampshire with expected work from home circa 1-2 days/week, paying from £25,000 - £28,000, depending upon background and experience.
