Working on the IT Support Desk / Service Desk of a leading organisation, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for a variety of 1st line & 2nd line support queries encompassing Active Directory/O365 account / password resets / group policies etc., Windows Server, networking (light touch DNS, DHCP), Microsoft Office suite and hardware support for the entire organisation. This will include flexibility to work from home for 2 days/week after a 1 month "bedding in" period.
The client can look at either a highly experienced 1st Line Support Analyst, someone with a blended 1st line & 2nd line support background, or an experienced 2nd line support who is happy to work in a blended 1st line & 2nd line support role.
- 1st line / 2nd line support experience
- Good experience supporting users in a Service Desk / Desktop support environment
- Good experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and "light touch" networking elements - DHCP, DNS
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / Support Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer / Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Analyst / IT Technician / Systems Administrator, who has good experience across 1st line / 2nd line support.
This IT Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in the Havant/Portsmouth area with flexible working options, paying from £23,000 - £28,000 depending upon background and experience.
