Your new challenge
You'll be part of a small dedicated Sales team, yourself and one other, so there will be zero fighting over territories or clients.
Your role will be incredibly rewarding as you continue to deepen customer relationships, become the trusted point of contact and exceed client requirements from start to finish of the sales cycle.
This organisation is smaller than what you may be used to, however you'll be in an environment that encourages self-development and where all management are approachable and keen to see you succeed. You'll have an understanding in Microsoft collaboration technologies. Some other skills you'll bring to this organisation:
- A commercial mindset to understand and act on your customer's problems.
- Experience in qualifying and detailed questioning.
- A digital presence & background in LinkedIn Sales or Marketing.
- The ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple accounts.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365.
A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and collaborate with your team is also important. You'll be building and cultivating strong relationships as well as advocating innovation with your customers.
