All on site with them where you’ll get to show off your super powers.
You’ll be working with an IT Service Provider providing onsite IT support to their customers across Hampshire & West Sussex.
Providing both onsite support and project installs and delivery. Mostly in a 2nd line capacity but doing a variety of support tasks & installs from 1st line to 3rd line level.
Your project installs could be hardware installs, computer/laptop deployment, installs of screens, switches, routers, phones, printers.

£30,000 - £35,000
Required Skills:
- Excellent experience of providing 2nd line support (and ideally some 3rd line support)
- Strong experience of desktop support to end users
- Strong experience of device & hardware installs
- Strong experience of Windows Server domain environments, Windows 10, Office 365,
- Ideally good experience of networking topology, DNS, DHCP
- Ideally good experience of VoIP technology
- Full driving licence to travel to customer sites
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit a Field Service Engineer or 2nd Line Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer / IT Technician / Support Technician / Support Analyst, who has strong experience of supporting users onsite with both device & hardware support & installs and Windows Server domain environment technology, at a 2nd line support level.
This Field Service Engineer position is looking to start ASAP, will be field-based across Hampshire & West Sussex (with an office base of Chichester), paying from £30,000 - £35,000 / day (depending upon background and experience).
