IT Desktop Support Analyst, with experience of Windows 10, Office 365 support and SCCM, is required for an initial 3 month fixed term contract, based in Hemel Hempstead (with part time remote working) paying £30,000

Part time remote working for 2 days/week.

Working within the IT infrastructure & IT support function of an organisation, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for desktop support for all of the internal users within the company. This will include PC support and reimaging PCs using SCCM and setting up workstations with Windows 10 and Office 365. You will get involved administration of Active Directory via Quest Tools.

Required Skills:

- Strong desktop support background

- Strong PC support and experience of re-imagining PCs/desktop rollout using SCCM

- Strong experience of Office 365 support and Active Directory administration

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit an IT Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst / IT Technician, who has strong experience of desktop support, SCCM, Office 365 and Active Directory in a Windows 10 environment.

This Desktop Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Hemel Hempstead (with part time remote working for 2 days/week), paying up to £30,000 - depending upon background and experience
