IT Account Manager required for a growing, successful and locally recognised MSP based in Chichester. As the IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with existing clients to increase revenue and upsell current services. They currently provide IT Support, Cloud, Communication, Project and Consulting Services as well as Cyber Security.

Working for a fast-growing Managed Service Provider with a vision to empower and transform organisations with technology, your role as an IT Account Manager will be pivotal in ensuring continued growth for the business through working closely with existing and well-established clients. You will use your previous experience in sales and IT to upsell existing services whilst providing top tier communication and customer service. This role would suit someone who is comfortable with and understands IT and IT services, as well as being solutions and product focused with a consultative and proactive approach to existing customers.
Required skills and experience:
- Excellent understanding of IT and IT Services
- Fantastic communication skills with a passion for customer service
- A strategic and consultative approach to sales
- Personable approach with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships
- Experience as an Account Manager for an MSP is desirable or a 2nd Line Technical Support
This IT Account Manager position is looking to start ASAP. The role is based in Chichester in a large and modern office with the option to potentially work 2/3 days at home per work, even post-Covid. This position is paying £22-35k p/a with a points based system internally which accumulates to rewards and prizes as well as potential for pay rises depending on performance. There is a supportive culture with regular social events.
This position would suit an Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant / Business Development Consultant / Sales Account Manager / IT Sales Exec / Sales Executive, who has strong experience of IT account management, ideally across Microsoft Cloud Services, Solutions and Managed Support Services to external clients.
