Infrastructure Engineer, with strong experience of Windows Server, infrastructure & networking topology, and cloud / O365 knowledge, is required for a leading organisation for an initial 3 month contract, based in Bracknell paying from £375 - £420 / day.

Working outside of IR35
Working within the infrastructure engineering & support teams of a leading organisation, the Infrastructure Engineer will be helping with merger & acquisition of a recent new company purchase. This will include bringing the company in line with all existing technology and processes, and extensively helping deliver 40+ different IT projects across the infrastructure, networking and cloud estate. This is a core infrastructure role – a traditional Windows Server infrastructure and VMware and networking environment which currently has more of an on-prem setup. The successful candidate will have come from this background and who knows / worked with Microsoft Cloud / M365 / O365 technologies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent background as an infrastructure engineer
- Excellent Windows Server experience, including supporting and project migration
- Excellent VMware experience
- Strong experience of Microsoft Cloud, Azure
- A strong background of working with networking topology – routers, switches, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit an Infrastructure Engineer / Support Engineer / Technical Consultant / Wintel Engineer, who has strong experience of supporting and delivering projects in a Windows Server, VMware, infrastructure & networking environment.
