You have been living and breathing social media for several years, managing Organic and Paid Social strategies and have even mentored juniors over the time and shown them the ropes.

But NOW….you're ready for that next big step and as a Head of Department!

Platform giants such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok are now INTEGRAL modern businesses to generate inbound sales.

That's why this leading Brighton digital agency are looking to grow their Social business and are maximising their client services and help them get the best out of their social platforms.

Our Social department will soon be as large as our Paid and SEO team, and with someone like YOU behind the helm to make this happen!

You will be leading a team of Social execs who will be overseeing their own clients, and building advertising campaigns and analysing client accounts, generate audits on their Social platforms and reporting back.

Our executives used to report under the Paid department - but we soon recognised that they are an entity of their own, which is why we want to make this Social Dept a brand of it's own!

Please note that we are looking for someone to be in the office as much as possible - ideally 4-5 days a week, as our Executives need someone with your experience to be present as they are learning the ropes and tackling the challenges of agency life.

You will be part of a fun family feel team that host regular social gatherings and aim to support their staff with regular appraisals and build bespoke Personal Development plans.
